Love Stronger Than Death

(Teacher's Poem)

The heavenly Paradise, land of peace
Throwing away the crown and the throne
You came to this earth swarming with evil enemies
Who await only to take Your life
Knowing quite well that You would die in their hands
Without the slightest hesitation of fear
You came to die, unperturbed and so composed
Your love just for me

Loving Heavenly Father

(Teacher's Poem)

Ignorant children,
The more they turn away from Daddy,
The more obstinate they are before Daddy,
The further they flee from Him,
The more they slander and curse Him,
The more Daddy's love for them burns on.
His children who choose the road
     of their own accord...
Lest He should be forced to let go of them,
Lest He should lose them,
Fluttered, He scurries after them,
Imploring,
Pleading,
Daddy's love that appeals to them.

The Good Shepherd

(Teacher's Poem)

The Shepherd fights sleep,
To guard His flock
The Shepherd fights cold,
To guard His flock
The Shepherd fights winds (typhoons, violent gales),
To guard His flock
The Shepherd fights animals (wolves, bears, lions),
To guard His flock
The Shepherd fights bandits,
To guard His flock
The Shepherd fights all enemies between heaven and earth,
To guard His flock

Only For You

[I charge you, O daughters of Jerusalem, if you find my beloved, that you tell him I am lovesick! Songs 5:8]

How could I leave You
Who loved me so fervently
Oh, You loved me to the point of sickness
And gave Your life for me

But I left You
I did not even consider You
I rather left You searching for another
And sought love from another
Yet You did not hate me
You only wished for my unceasing happiness

Beloved Lord
Now I have matured but late
I have grown to learn Your love
I have come to understand my misconduct
With immense remorse I have come back to You
So please forgive me now
And please love me

Side By Side the Lord's Tomb

(Teacher's Poem)

My Lord lies in a tomb
He lies alone in a sinner's tomb
No one comes to visit Him
In this cold, lonely tomb where He lies first
And He tells me not to come in

People look up to Jesus on the cross
And though they praise Him in His throne
There is no one to visit Him lying alone in the tomb

To Have Your Love

(Teacher's Poem)

From that heavenly Paradise, the land of spring
You came to this dreadfully cold world of winter
Attacked by all sorts of cold winds and snowstorms
On the hill of Golgotha
For me alone You breathed  Your last, O Holy One
How can I before Your great love like the sun
Simply sit and stare blankly
I pray that You will give me Your love

Love Stronger Than Death

The heavenly Paradise, land of peace
Throwing away the crown and the throne
You came to this earth swarming with evil enemies
Who await only to take Your life
Knowing quite well that you would die int their hands
Without the slightest hesitation or fear
You came to die, unpreturbed and so compose
Your love which is stronger than death
Your love just for me

Mu Lord
Give to me also to me this love
So that I too can go to the world
Swarming with enemies
In search of Your children, to save them
To sacrifice myself as completely as You have
